On the other hand, jab aapki sleep routine set ho jaati hai, to sab kuch naturally align hone lagta hai. Aap fresh uthte ho, cravings control mein rehti hain, aur workout ke liye energy automatically milti hai.
Moreover, better sleep directly aapki focus, mood aur decision-making ko improve karti hai. Aap impulsive choices kam karte ho aur apne goals ke saath zyada consistent rehte ho.
So don’t rush into extreme changes.
